DAMIAN LOBATO started dancing in 1991 with renowned milonguero masters, including "El Pibe Palermo" (the former partner of Carmencita Calderon).

After 8 years of dancing this style, he started training with Gustavo Naveira and Mariano "Chicho" Frumboli, and began teaching tango in different cities around Argentina until 2002.

In 2003, 2004, and 2005 he was invited to tour Central America and Europe. Together with Dutch and French dancers he took part in "Tangokobinat", a tango show presented in Germany in February 2005. In 2006, he assisted Fabian Salas in CITA, the annual tango convention in Buenos Aires.

Since May 2006, he has been teaching extensively in Europe in such places as Scotland, England, Holland, Italy, Spain and in 20 cities in the USA.

Damian's dance is characterized by a masterful combination of nuevo tango elements with traditional tango aesthetics. Seamless transitions between the various elements and a keen sense of musicality are emphasized in his dance and are applied in his teaching, training, and dancing.

Brazilian-born LUIZA PAES, a student of music since the age six, worked in musical education and vocal technique for many years. Her very firest tango experience was in 1997 in Portland, OR, where she took a group class with Clay Nelson and was immediately struct by the music and fascinated by the idea of the connection in the couple. Back in Brazil, Luiza met Norberto "Pulpo" Esbrez, who became her teacher and then partner for nearly 10 years. Luiza and "Pulpo" traveled the world teaching and performing: Russia, Japan, Netherlands, France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Greece, Spain, Denmark, USA, Canada,Mexico, Uruguay and Brazil. They also taught at numerous tango feestivals including CITA in Buenos Aires, Portland, Las Vegas, Boston, Amsterdam, Tango del Norte in Demark.

Luiza is a fun, caring and articulate instructor and teaches technique emphasizing the leader's and follower's roles, improvisation and the ability of adapting
. Since February 2008 she started teaching and traveling on her own with her focus being musicality along with a technique that opens up possibilities for creativity in the dance.

Luiza and Nick began performing and teaching together in 2008 and have been very successful in generating a relaxed and humorous environment for their students to enjoy and take the most out of their learning process.
